It is against the TOS of paypal to make exchanges with any other e-currency processor. This is the reason why most exchange services do not have this kind of option. If you do really want to exchange your Paypal either into Alert Pay or Liberty Reserve then you have to contact another person from forums to make manual exchanges with you.

Yeah, I know its against the TOS of paypal. And yeah, contacting persons in forum could work, do you know such a forum where I can find some legit exchanger?

There is no direct way, since they are different payment processors. And also Paypal regulations are very strict so that most e-currency exchangers are bothered to buy someone's Paypal balance. Perhaps you can try the indirect way. Withdraw your Paypal money to your bank and use that money to buy some LR/AP balance. Or try to invest your Paypal money into legit sites and cash out your money to different payment processors.

these are differnt platforms to send and receive money So it is not possible to interchange the money between these two platforms.
