Well I do Here is some choices that I have when I try to eat something : 1. healthy food, cheap but not tasty, like cooking my own vegetables e.g spinach 2. tasty, cheap but unhealthy like instant noodle 3. tasty but expensive and also unhealthy too like fast food (here fast food is quiet expensive) 4. Tasty, healthy but expensive like eating a traditional food in a heritage restaurants Sounds like number four is the best one, but I don’t have that much money to eat everyday and every time in that restaurants So…how about you? Which one you prefer?

Why should healthy food not be tasty? Even spinach can be tasty with little or no effort. Put it in an omlette or add cheese once it is cooked and strained. Salad are healthy and you can mix up all that you want together. They are colourful and if you add herbs they become tasty too. I think you have another option that should be added to your list: 5 - hire a cook

We don't afford eating in everyday in restaurants too so we always choose the number 1 choice. My mother cooks healthy food. It's cheap. We just buy lots of vegetable and fish in the grocery. And then she cooks it in a healthy way. But it's not as tasty as expensive restaurants. However, I'm used to it so I don't care anymore if it's tasty or not. As long as it's healthy and we're having a balanced diet, I like it.

Yes, I guess I'm very blessed that my mother is health-conscious. She always watch health shows on TV. If my mom is not like that, I'd be one of the people who'd choose taste over nutrition too. Sometimes, for snacks, I sneak some junk foods. I also sometimes eat in fastfood restaurants when I'm not with her. But when I'm at home, it's a good thing healthy foods are always served to make up for the junk foods I eat when I'm outside. Thank you.

Hi! I like plain home cooked food. I don't believe in eating out expensive food at high end restaurants. There is nothing in this world, which could match with home cooked hygienic and nutritious food.

Hi dpk i Agree with you because we are the one who will eat it, absolutely we really care about the hygiene. while the restaurants out there tend to major the taste.

Hi ifa tasty, cheap but unhealthy like instant noodle Now do I launch my fight with you Kidding... Seriously, I am on a medical diet since past so many years, sometimes do afford the Posh restaurant food no doubt, but still prefer to do my cooking, so what if I am lazy and many a days, I just dont want to cook all and only for myself... I think I should have some guests frequently who would bring along some food for this lonely lazy soul... When do I expect you over here for dinner? or even Lunch? Lunch would be fine as it is too hot here during the day and you can bring along some good yummy chicken delicacy with you and I can have the rice done

Well I do Then I start saying that you made ??in the scale, I choose the points 1-2-3. With this obviously exclude in advance the number 4. Of course first of all because I can not afford to go to eat at the restaurant, then told one of us I prefer to eat food that is cheap (see your point 1) to prepare myself. However to be honest, for the moment in my home kitchen my mother and I have to recognize which she has good taste in the food field. PS: I'm sorry if I beg a question, but what are the "noodle"?

I prefer number four either. When I was a little child,I love eating meat very much. Therefore,I am overweight. Then I start a diet to return to normal figure. After that,I care about my weight.I would rather accept healthy food even though they are a little expensive.
