How to view your Referrals?+ what do you enjoy about MyLot?

Sorry about being a noob about this but I was wondering how to see your referrals? Like how many you have? Also to keep this discussion relavant and not in violation of the rules (I'm hoping .

You can see your referrals by going to your 'earnings' tab. In the drop-down menu you will see 'referrals'. They are there (which is here):
http://www.mylot.com/nr/earnings_r.aspx
You can see how much they have earnt for you on your earnings page.
The quality of the answers is better here because they are not just answers but opinions which further the topic. Yahoo Answers is just that, questions and answers while here on myLot we should be creating quality discussions.
I enjoy myLot because it is always here, day and night, and there is always someone active whenever I log on. I have made many friends here and it is now like home online for me.

Thank you for the quick response! Haha, I found it thanks ;) I agree with your second paragraph, in Yahoo answers I usually get one line sentences to my problem, with one or two people answering. Here I received so much in depth response :D I'm not looking at this in just earning money anymore, haha. Bur rather as a replacement to Yahoo answers :)

Please forget what happened there 
Here is not just for answers but for elaborating the topic/problem/query so that a discussion forms. The more you discuss the more you will see your earnings increase (even though you are not here for that 
)
