Well guys as of now i don't have any more 100 dollar short lease fee, yeyy since my stay here in my apartment is over a year by may i don't
have that fee anymore if i just thought all of a sudden i wanna leave and also i will get my whole deposit back worth $400 when i leave so
it is just nice and i love it, and i can renovate the place now put on a new splash of paint and drill on holes not that i really wish too
but it is just exciting that i have more freedom now however small it maybe it is my small triumph or whatever. This discussion is odd.

we have rented her 3 years and the first we had to do a 2 year lease contract. and after that we had the choice to do a month to month lease and could move out anytime within a months notice.. so when it came due again we ended up siging for the yearly lease.. so now were stuck here.. for another year.. but i dont mind i love it here it is the best place i have ever liked.. i love renting when things break we call the landlord and its fixed.. we had ac unit go out last year and the landlord had to put in a new one.. i had a new faucet fixed last week and it s so nice that they come quick and on time.. it is company owned ..
