Well it is summer and it is the season of taking long bathes and blasting that A/C to the fullest (well hope not that much because it causes global warming and the electric bill is ridiculous right now) Well i know that this is the season for swimming taking in that warm summer air and cooling it down with a cold dip in the pool or the sea, how about you guys when will it be swimming time in your part of the world?

Good for you i mean, that is really nice that you can enjoy working out if i had the chance i would just swim all day they say swimming burns more calories than any kind of sport it builds cardio and upper body strength and flexibility, you know come to think about it if you do swim a lot you don't feel the sweat or get tired easily since you feel revitalized by the poll water right that is really a smart kinda workout. thanks for sharing

A month later it will be summer here in my place and that would be the time for swimming.Beaches, swimming pools, indoor and outdoor recreations would be very crowded again. But I don't swim that much, just sometimes I want to enjoy sea breeze.

Hi, Right now, it is summer here in the tropical Philippines, the sun is getting hotter by the passing day and the beach is beckoning. I shall don my SCUBA gears getting dust in the corner due to the poor visibility caused by flooding in the rivers and creeks. This time around, it is the sun that reigns supreme and if one is not careful with the regulation of body temperature by taking a bath, it may result in heatstroke or low resistance to diseases, especially skin diseases.
