Getting excited is a devil

The other day i got excited about one of my colleagues delaying ending class. In fact we had a misunderstand.But i think if i had not got excited at that time , i would have settled the problem in a peaceful way.So i remind myself not to get excited at any case.When meeting some disturbing situations,i should be calm, never get excited.

i don't think that you should never get excited. you are allowed to feel whatever you want to feel about a situation that is before you. that depends on the beholder, but are you right to behold. it's just how to respond to how you feel. that's it. it's not how you respond to the situation, it's how respond to how you feel about the situation.

HI. I think one should keep calm whether how one respond to a situation or how respond to how one feels about the situation .If one keeps calm at any case,there is much better ways to solve boring problems.i will draw a lesson from that experience.
