To be honest, I am terrified. But even so, I can't stop smoking for example. But i know it's bad for my health and could lead to my death. I can't stop. Have you stopped smoking because of this fear?

Dying does not mean freedom from all the pains of - If you die today, which place would you go?
Well then just consider that your choice will affect your own life. So if your choice is to keep smoking, you are accountable to that and you will reap the consequence. Dying is a horrible thing but not to all. Only to those who are not sure where are they going after this life on earth is done.

I've smoked for 2 years and I quit it , but not because I was afraid of anything , it was because I've decided to do it for me. The thing that helped me was starting to jog and going to the gym. Before that I've had a very big issues with health. I've drink almost everyday and ate like once a day, there was a days that I even hadn't ate at all. But if you really want something you should do it for yourself. Smoking is very dangerous and bad habit so I suggest you to quit it. Find the best way for you to do it and I assure you that there is one. Good luck my friend.

first, I am afraid of dying and I guess almost people have the same answer to your question. Second, I do not smoke so I do not have health problems associated with it. But even if a person like me does not smoke I can still get sick for so many reasons, I can still die at my young age or old age. Everything is unsure and we cannot even tell if today, tomorrow or one of these days we will die for an accident, sickness or other things. Even if we make ourselves ready for dying the fear of it will always be there coz it is so nice to live.
