i am getting migraine after a long hours of reading? Help me

hi i am studying for my exams and i have this terrible headache after i finish up and go to bed....its unbearable...i cant concentrate on my studies, please help me..some tips to reduce this, i guess this is due to tension and stress..how to reduce stress..thanks
