This is probably one that has been repeated a few too many times, but it can never be said enough! The one sure way to guarantee bad health is to stuff your body with 'junk' foods and carb-filled snacks. Cooking fresh meals, eating more raw veggies (trust us, some of then actually taste quite delicious!) and having a balanced diet of proteins, carbohydrates and fats all seem to be easy tricks to keeping yourself free from distress and disease.

hiii jiabsa, Actually we should always take a fresh and green vegetables for growing health. B'coz its mendatory for good health and if u like to eat fast food so, we shouldn't take more than one time in a week. A vegetable really a goor for health they gives us more vitamins and minerals. like apples, banana and most important dry fruits for a concious diet.

Even when I am still young before I always love to eat green leafy vegetables. The vitamins and nutrients of the vegetable stays if you will just half cooked it and not over cooked.Eating a natural source of nutrients like eating fruits and vegetables really help us to become strong and healthy than taking other supplements that it is already combined with some artificial on it.Yes indeed as what you had said eating a balanced diet will keep us free or avoid us to get sic easily.

You said it, eat fresh and green. When you eat foods that way, you will be nourishing your body with "chlorophyll" which is needed in the manufacture of red blood cells in our bone marrow. And with a healthy blood, it comes with some more health benefits like staying away from anemia, and a lot more benefits, because there are too many of them, we cannot enumerate them all here!

Ya, it is a good way to keep our body healthy is eating fresh and green food. However it is not easy to do also, somehow, we still like drink juice cans instead of fresh juice. We still like put vegetable/meat in the icebox for a week instead of buying it every day in the market...^^ That's why i just use a small icebox and always try to go to market every morning to buy fresh food....^^

Yes, green veggies eaten raw is the best detoxifying food in our body. I regularly listen to natural healng radio program here in our country. They are precribing detoxification protocol even for cancer patients which will eat only raw green leafy vegetables. This will really help in destroying cancer cells as well as detoxifying our body. I haven't tried it though but me anf my wife had a plan of doing it even once a week. You are going to eat only fresh raw vegetables flavored with fresh juicy fruits (except mangoes and pineapples), put in blender and take 1 glass of this with every 1-2 hours interval.

Isn't it nice..! your diet is really good.I do eat veggies..I eat them fresh & cooked .How I wish I can go on with just vegetables,God knows I wanna do it but I cannot..I have been following this Blood type diet & my blood type requires me to eat meat in order to have a balance diet.I am not a meat eater but I always make sure to have and sometimes I do replace it with fish...I have been feeling good and I actually stop eating chicken now & my allergy not attacking me that often anymore

I can't agree more! Although most veggies and fruits don't contain as much vitamin as like fifty years ago, but still they are the best way to stay healthy. What we eat even affects how we handle stress.

My family and I used to eat vegetables and fruits. It's been always part of our meals probably because both of my parents are health conscious so that we also adopted what they usually eat.
