do eating only salads and wheat prodects every night reduces obesity ?

hi friends,do keeping such a food habit reduces obesity.i think exercise,yoga all play a great roll in controlling obesity.a balanced diet with regular exercise is a good and healthier way to control obesity.

I think that being overweight and being obese is different. If somwone is obese, I`m sure the person has to be helped by a doctor and a nutricionist. Sometimes it is just too much eating, but there could be other causes.

I think so , i have always heard that they are rich in fiber or was it, antioxidants.. Both are good for the body. And yes, i agree- it should still be paired with regular exercise.

Eating salads and wheat products generally reduces obesity. However I suggest that at night, we should just eat a small amount.

You have to balance how much calories you take in and how much energies you spent out and let me tell you, and I think everyone knows that the more you eat and the less you move the more of you is there and when you eat a good meal and spend about the same amount of calories that you ate, you are not going to have too much of yourself and others will recognize you.

Taking wheat products without oil reduces obesity...Avoid taking sweets and oily foods which contains fat...which helps to reduce obesity..

i have tryed and tryed to eat just salads and good foods and i find that for me it is better to kind of do a mix of healthy foods adding to my other foods and that way i get some healthy and some of my favorites eating all healthy makes me sad as i love food and all my favorites when eaten lifts my siprits and with all the other changes ive made in my life.. i can get by with it.. and do other things to lose as well.. take care
