Do you prefer to talk in person about something serious or write them about it?

When you are having trouble, in an arguement, have a problem, etc... Do you prefer to talk to people via e-mail or text message, or do you prefer to talk to them in person?
I prefer to write to them via e-mail because I can express myself better in writing.

Talk to them if its serious, you can't always write down your exact feelings on the topic, or the words can be misunderstood when you write about them
