Looking for the best sites to write articles for / myLot

I am looking for the best sites where you can write articles for, I am mostly looking for the ones that are pretty easy to start writing for. I am trying to get my feet wet with freelance writing,I want to be able to earn an income while sharpening my writing skills and building my portfolio up. So if anybody knows of any good sites, please do share.

If your aim is to find a site that is easy to start writing for and that has a very low payout, then Triond should be your first choice. I find that it's the easiest site to write for because for one thing, there's no minimum word count but then of course you need to write a reasonable length; not too short and not too long either.

I write for Helium, where the payout is a mixture of revenue share and upfront assignment payments. There are also regular contests, so there are several opportunities for earning. In addition, the Helium writer community is very knowledgeable and supportive, so you can learn as you earn. They also pay out regularly, without any problems.

Hi tammymarie37. maybe you should try writing for triond. I have been a member there for at least 3 months. and I am earning reasonable amounts every month. Though I am not a professional writer, still my articles earn me money every month. you should really give it a try.
