many people hope to try online work as fulltime. but for me it's just impossible.in my many years of online works, i cannot really depend my earnings for all of my daily needs. it's just really that impossible. my offline work does really feed my family and online income is just a pocket supplement. it's true that the online market is giving opportunity to everyone and we can say that it is one of the ways to fight unemployment in today’s world but yet we can't really solely depend on it. i have been reading a lot about online job opportunities and how we could make money out of all these opportunities. However, how reliable and dependable are these opportunities? Are you on this kind of business now? Please share your thoughts and experiences here so that we could help others as well to decide and take advantage of such opportunities.

I have the same observation as yours about online work. However, I think it depends on several factors, including your skills. It is really hard to depend on online opportunities right now. You may find one but the earnings is too little not even worth your time and effort. Having fulltime online work is sometimes a stroke of pure luck.

this discussion was from a long time ago and it's funny that i still feel the same and my opinion still didn't change. i know lot of factors should be considered and you're right finding a legit work online is really that pure luck. most people have spent weeks or even years hunting for legitimate online jobs that will assist them to make a good living. but i just felt sorry that various money-making opportunities will not work but only a few of them will be keeping with their promises.

what you said is really correct. we can earn some decent money from online jobs but not enough money to provide for a family or to fulfill our needs. it is always better to have some offline jobs in hand. online jobs are used just to make some extra money only and it cant be our full time job.

I have tried to use the internet to earn solely but it's just not possible as you have said. I myself am a very picky person when it comes to earning online and so while others are making $400.00 per month just online, I am earning only about $30.00. Provided I could earn $400.00 it would be enough for me to save and be able to maybe retire early... There are so many opportunities but some don't cater to all countries, whereas others quickly go to scam.

I think it depends on what kind of online work would you gonna do in order for you to really make money and to make it as a full time job at home. My hubby and I are working online since we became bf/gf until now that we have a son. My hubby is a web developer. But in terms of other kinds of earning opportunities online I am not yet sure if it could support our daily needs. I know others are earning big amount online but this includes investing.

hi there! it is possible to earn more in online works but you need patience. i have known several mommy bloggers who maintain many blogs and do online works and they said they are earning beyond their regular work (offline) before. so i am inspire to do online works too for the hope that one day i can stay and work at home. aside form blogging, you can write paid articles, virtual assistant, medical transcription, personal assistant and the likes.

being a virtual assistant sound interesting to me. yeah you have a point there but i guess it would take years to stumble upon to that kind of luck.

I am solely relying on my online income for the household expenses. I am a freelance article writer and it gives good earnings more than a traditional job. Article writing pays well but you need a lot of patience and determination for this job. When I was still a novice, I could only finish about 5 articles a day but now that I have gained a good experience, I can finish at least 20 in a day. There are many other online job opportunities that pays well and can be a reliable source of income, however, i still consider article writing as the best.

according to me it is impossible to work online fully. it will be boring to sit in-front of the computer for a long time and the output we are getting from online is very less compared to offline. we wont get the same amount every time and the amount may fluctuates. if we are having offline jobs we will get good amount of money every month and i will always prefer offline jobs.

I know it is impossible to work full-time online and we can earn much money online also. But it haven't worked in my case yet. It is not easy to earn much money if we don't do invest. And one more thing is we should be patience. Working with computer too long make my eyes so tired and i get pain with my hand and my shoulder. I rather earn a small amount of money than get painful. However, i still looking for a chance, i may change to work full time online if it brings me much money. Anything can be happens, who know?

I won't say it is impossible or possible since I have not yet reached there but I know there are some people who are solely relying on online jobs and they are doing fine. I think the problem is because you have not found the right job or discovered the right way to earn online.

hi there, i that thing about this, i agree, but i think for some people its possible, if they know the trick to this market and if they invest in it, i hear some says they earn a lot not sure how and not sure when or where, but i hear, so lets stay and find out, for me i did not earn a lot not even to pay a small bill, so im trying still but soon i will stop trying as its is waste of time to do cents for months or so, i better find some other earning work if this one did not earn me much much money in a few days or so, have a good

offline jobs for sure are more paid for, however if you dedicate yourself to online jobs, over a period of time you would have the same earning, probably with no efforts. i like offline jobs as it enriches my knowledge about my field and i also like mylot as supplement income.

It mainly depends on what field of online job you do. I have friends who are entirely working off the net and they're even earning more than those who are in the offices. These type of jobs may not be easy to find, however, so patience is required. If you're not skilled up to get online jobs in web development, SEO, programming, and the like, then you could always go for short courses to get you up to speed and ready for a better venture.
