Y&R Victoria finally gets her baby

I was so happy that Victoria and Billy finally got their little son in their arms and like all Young and Restless births it was filled with drama, Chelsea falls into a lake is saved by Adam, Victor has the helicopter find Chelsea and the Newman family together saved the baby, even Adam helped (never thought would say those words). I really hope that they will be really happy. But this is a soap so we know there will be drama. It is interesting how Victoria was willing to let Adam hold Peanut. I hope it becomes his nickname, even if they tried to bully the little one at school they could send in any of the family to terrify the other kids. Do you think that Victor will finally accept Billy and Victoria together?

Victor is determined to break them up. It probably won't be long before he comes up with some other scheme toward that end. I really enjoyed when Victoria and Billy first got together and their story line was so happy and included a lot of comedy. They do too little comedy on soaps; which is too bad since Amelia Heinle(Victoria) in particular is very good at it. Back when she was on All My Children as Mia some of the best episodes that All My Children ever had were when they has some comedy that included her character.

Their relationship is actually the most stable and calm, taken in context of the other relationships, on the show. The only other couple with anywhere as much chemistry is Michael and Lauren. Their relationship is not fire and ice like Victor and Nikki, and what is funny is how Victor thinks Billy is worthless because of the mistakes he had made in the past - I mean Victor - of all people who basically destroys any relationship he touches. He was barely back together with Nicki a few weeks before he destroyed that relationship.
