my daughter is 3 going on 4 next month but acts like she is going on 14 she has to have her nails , toes and something on her lips . time sure does fly i dont see why she wants it to go faster

That's girls for you. Some love to play dress up and act like big girls or like there mommies. its perfectly normal some girls out grow out or its just part of who she is. Most little girls aren't trying to grow up fast. My daughter she is 14 months and tries to wear make up that I have or wear my shoes or my husbands. It's very cute for a while.

it is cute but sometimes it drives me crazy when she gets into it and tryes to do it herself and it goes every where lol

Have you tried explaining its not a toy and if she wants to wear it to have you help her out. Some times 3 year old understand things like that, or you put it up for a while and take it out when she asks for it or pick a day of the week for you to sit down with her and put some one together as mommy and daughter thing. I keep mine up high where my daughter can't get it but when I put make up on I pretend to put some on her like flush or flip gloss.
