my cousin's debut party

we just had my cousin's debut (18th bday) party last saturday at our local country club and it was a huge success! i keep hearing comments like it was a debut like no other! i mean, the debuts we've been to so far have been boring specially when it comes to the 18 roses and 18 candles and 18 treasures part? this is usually the time when guests start yawning and looking at their watches or they go to the restroom and stay there till they're sure the rituals are over. but with ours, everyone enjoyed the program cause we made sure that it was going to be fun. we made changes to the rituals so nobody would get drowsy. in a nutshell, the whole party was not dull and everyone went home still talking about it.
