I mostly stay home and I have to study a lot. But the thing is I now a days sleep at 2 am at night and wake up at 11 in the morning. But I want to change my routine sleeping pattern. I want to wake up at 5 am and sleep at 10 at night. I have tried many times but I am able to do nothing. I end up ruining my day. Please help me.

you know my friend that is so simple. You just set your mind that at 10pm you need to sleep,You may drink warm milk if you wish to for you to sleep. Then you will always do that.Until such time your mind will be set.ok.try it!

I know that but its impossible for me to sleep at 10. I keep trying and but I don't fall asleep. Once I tried waking early despite of sleeping late and I ruined my routine. I slept in the noon and the next night I slept at 5 am. Its like I have forgotten the sunrise really.

Yes, you can change your sleeping time pattern. It can be done by starting with what time are you always waking up. If you are waking up 11am, then get an alarm clock and set it to 5am. When you set an alarm clock, you have no other choice but to wake up even if you lack sleep because you go to sleep at 2am already. Now, the natural tendency of the body, when you lack sleep is, when the next evening comes, it will magnetize you to take earlier sleep, so by the time you feel like sleeping, like 9pm, you should go to your bed immediately and give in to that call of sleep. Then set again your alarm clock to wake you up by 5am.

I also have this kind of problem, but not because i'm studying. In fact, it's been a week since i slept at night. I've been sleeping for only 3 hours every day from like 5PM-7PM and been awake for other remaining time of the day. I hope there is a way someone could recommend to us for this type of problem.
