How do you lose weight in a healthy way?

last two months ,i have get fat and now i lose my weight in 7 days. i do more exercise than before and control my eatting. how do you lose your weight in a health way?

You should start by making a list of all of the foods that you eat during the course of a week, and then you should find it easy to see where you are overeating and where you could remove some things from your diet. I did this, and found that I could save 500 cals a day just from making small changes, such as changing to calorie free drinks rather than full fat ones. Try doing some exercise. Nothing drastic, but perhaps ten minutes a couple of times a week, and then gradually build it up. You should find that you can start losing the weight by doing this, and you will be happier within yourself because of it.

Watching for the calories you take can be a healthy way in losing weight. I have an entry in my blog (chemist9861.blogspot.com) about losing weight. It states there that you can eat what you want while losing weight. It even suggest that you can eat 4-6 times a day.

i have tried to lose weight a lot before but now i am too lazy to do it. lol i just eat what i want in any time and any place. i think i have a good body and i do not want to be a thin girl. i think the standarts change and thinsare not as poppular as before. may be i will improve myself in summer i do not know. :)
