still no internet connection

Gosh, i've been waiting the whole week last week for the installer of a new dsl line. They're still not here and no word of advice on whether they're coming or not. Right now, I'm stuck with a prepaid broadband stick with a rather slow connection. I wonder what's taking them so long to get my business. If they were after more sales, they should not let new customers wait too long. This is just a reflection of a worse customer service in the long run.
Should I still wait for them to come, or look for another provider?

You can say that again. It really is very disappointing to start an account like this. They're just being very inefficient. Oh I hate it.
Im on chat with a customer service agent, and all she could do is give me a reference number to that case. Promising a feedback within 24 hours. They can't even give me a phone number to contact so I can talk to the people in this branch, myself.

Keep calling them. I had a problem with mine for a month and they never come here until 3 weeks. I've waited for so long for them to visit my place and check the problem. You gotta drag them to your place. We went to their office and my husband asked them if he can talk to the big boss and he did, and the next day, they came and changed our modem. LOL

Oh my, that sounds terrible. We really have to ask for managers to get the job done. I don't understand why they are so inefficient with this, and yet, they promote their services as number 1 in the country, on TV.

Hey jureathome,
If such a service provide you a good internet connection then do you want to miss it. I think it is good to stay little bit more if they can provide you a good internet connection.
When you joined a internet service there is many formalities to move to other services so think twice and thrice about the connections or the service whcih gives you the best.

dont stop calling them so that finally they would fix what problem there is in your connection. continue annoying them so that they would attend to your line. haha im doing this also if my line has problems and this trick obviously works for me so im suggesting it to you now.

Finally, they came, but only to inform me they can't set it up, anyway. Oh my...
It was them who suggested that internet plan, and now they come to my house after 2 weeks, and telling me I can't have it. Now, why am i not surprised that it just happened.
That must be a sign to go look for another, right?!

For me if you can't wait for them already I think it's time to get internet service from other providers I mean they are just wasting your precious time when you can already start doing things you need and that are important. Don't wait for them, be wise and go look for another provider my dear friend.

That's right. I was hoping I could get their service, because I'm using their prepaid broadband, and I just got used to it. But, yeah, if they still won't act on it within this week, I'll go knocking on someone else's door.

Try to call them again and call their attention then if there is still no immediate action about it I think you better change your provider.No internet connection is reallyquite hard.

sometime the connection is poor because of signal that not much clear and very poor in condition. If you wanna seek for another provider is good idea but before that get some info from others that expert or have some knowledge. hmm, Hope you can surf internet better and get a good signal internet connection.
