I cant resist eating:-(

I want to lose weight, but its really hard for me. When I'm stress eating is one of my diversion:-( Help me to change my attitude.

sometimes the same to me. last time i donot eat very often. but when i have nothing to do or i have something special that i do not want to do then i begin to eat. i do not know why i do it but i can not do something else. i am very lazyyy.

me too, I love eating, good thing I don't get fat no matter how many food I eat. Try to eat a banana with water in the morning, the Japanese do this kind of diet..

Why not try to eat healthy dishes when you're stress eating? There must be a lot of salad dishes you like. I also eat when I'm stressed. But you could try eating, veggies and fruits more instead of carbs. Beef or Pork steak with greens, or chicken with greens. It's awesome, and you get to choose your favorite dressing. I have also been trying to loose weight nowadays. The first and major problem i really encountered was on how to control my eating habits. I've heard from some people that it is very helpful to drink one to two glasses of water before starting each meal so that we may easily be full. Another thing that science taught me was to eat slowly, in that way our brain may sense that we are already full eventhough we have only eaten less. Lastly, exercise and work out do offer great help though they are really tiresome.
