Hi there Fellow Mylotters, As the days passes by, the weather here in our end gets hotter and hotter. Aside from that, humidity increases. As an effect, people gets easily tired due to the hot breeze that summer brings. And this is what we are experiencing here in our country. We easily gets tired even doing a light work. That, even we drink a lot of water, still, we will feel the tiring feeling. And not only that, it also drains. How I wish a cold breeze will take place to lessen the humidity.

If I'm correct, we are living in the same country. Anyway, today, my body feels terrible. Must be due to the heat and the uncomfortable and unpredictable weather we are experiencing. I have become more cranky, easily annoyed by little things, i try to drink as much water as i can but i still feel tired. just as you have described here.

You know just like what my brother said summer time is really difficult and draining and uncomfortable but summertime is just short. Let us be patient for a few more weeks, next month its May already, we can see that showers or rainy days will soon come again. Last weekend it was really hot, I had a damp towel beside me throughout the afternoon.

I know what you mean! This heat is ubelievable. Even at night it's really humid. No matter what, we must all remember to drink water regularly to make sure we don't get dehydated. I remember just the other day, we were at a friends house. I fell asleep on the couch, and woke up about 20mins later sweaty and very, very parched. I just hope they don't raise prices for drinking water especially if we consume so much! lol

There is a really wonderful coffee shop just up the street from where I live, and they have air conditioning. If I'm still hot in the summertime, they also serve absolutely wonderful iced beverages, such as mochas, coffeess, and various kinds of fruit smoothies. It's impossible to be hot, when they're around. Likewise, they can really warm me up in the winteretime, with hot coffee etc. The climate is always good in there.

The coffee shop you mentioned must be really tempting. I'd go for an iced coffee, preferably black if they serve cold.

I hate hot and humid weather, I understand what you're talking about... in that weather I know my brain works less efficiently and I sweat and become woozy and stuff. Ugh. I hope for the best for you, for some nice breeze or something :).

The heat can be something that is rather draining for sure. One might argue that cold could be draining in a different way as well. Still when it is warm, when the sun does blister down, all we could ever hope for was a nice cool breeze to rather blow down, in an attempt to really deal with the problems, the woe. To really cool off. It is rather easy to get tired kind of quickly in both extremes. If only the weather was in the middle at every single point of the year, but sadly that is something that is far from ideal. Hopefully things will turn around for the better for you before too long and things will ease into a more comfortable and ideal environment. Let us cross our fingers.
