my workout plan for they day. Do you have one?

today my work out plan is to work on my shoulders and legs by doing the following. barbell squat, barbell lunge, lying leg curls, barbell shoulder press, dumbbell shoulder press, dumbbell lateral raise, barbell shrug, dumbbell rear lunge, dumbbell squat, freehand jump squat, lateral lunge with dumbbell bicep curl, lying leg curls, ankle circles, knee across the body, one knee to chest, walking. sure it seems like a lot.

Sounds pretty good to me! I don't have a plan like that, but I sure should make one! That makes sure it gets done, after all, so I think it is an excellent idea! But I have personally always been really bad at planning such things, I don't know why, that's just the way it has always been for me...
