Web designing course....which institute i should choose?

I don´t know this institutes, but there are things I always pay attention to, before I make my decision on where to study. If money is not an issue, you will want to receive as much of posible for your money, of course, so, think in how many hours, (classes) each institute offers, How many hours of practice do they offer, this in imnportant in tech education, look at the equipment they have, and, if possible, try to find out something about the backgrownd of the teachers, maybe the ministry-office of education of your country may give you some light in this. Assuming that the four institutions has the same level of quality, I would choose the first one, because the program seem to me more complete, but it up to the previous points to make the more wise decision.
