What is the best whay to clean a cool-aid stain?

Some one spilt cool-aid on my white counter and didst clean it up quick anuff and now it is stand how can i get it out? what would be the best thing to use?

You may use bleach if the cloth is white or bleach that is intended for colored clothing. Are you referring to cool-air juice drink that is powdered? I know there is one that is ready to drink in pouch.
