my eye's vision seem to worsen

i don't know if this is because i look at the screen more frequently or whole day as i used a tablet or computer alternately . so basically i had been on the net for several hours. the screen of tablet and even cellphone do affect my vision also. maybe because of the light from the screen of those gadgets that seem to affect my vision.
