Joke or wild stories by your friend

If the joke was really bad and it somehow degrades me, I would really make him pay for it. He should do something to clear my name. I give a big deal about my image and credibility, so if the joke gets in the way, he better be ready with a remedy or he'll regret it.

i wouldn't take it too seriously. i know it is hard not too. if it is something that is supposed to be serious, but she is joking it is hard to smile with her. in this case, i would say that you already can tell when what she is saying is full of it. any time she acts that way and starts telling wild stories, i would just look at her, nod my head, then quickly change the subject. we have a male friend who does that kind of stuff. if i've got a buzz, it can be quite entertaining.
