I finally swam, not in a beach but in a pool since arrived here in Europe!

I went out with close friends to a swimming and sports complex because the sun was just out in the afternoon. The sun betrayed us a little bit, it kept hiding when we were already in the open air pool. We swam more inside. I was telling my companions how we would still have warm or even hot water in the pool in my country because it comes from the hot springs as we are surrounded by volcanoes. So no matter how cold the weather would be, the water remains a treat for the body. It was still fun though. The sun was up again when we were comfortably seated on the canteen's terrace and already full with all the sausages and pomme frites. We just talked and talked till we burned our skin, theirs turned red and mine went brown to thick milk chocolate.:) When we decided to try the pool outside, the sun started setting down. There were two people swimming so we thought the water has gotten warmer. The water was even colder, they just had rubber suits on them. We plunged into the water anyway. Whew, it was ice water I started to cramp.:)

Sounds like a fun day. I wish the weather here would get a bit better as well. We haven't had enough sun yet for anyone to burn this year xD. I can't wait for the summer. :)

I also couldn't wait for the proper summer to come. It is still spring so the sun comes and goes.

I had gotten a cramp once, I was on a school trip to another country for a math competition. I had to be on a wheelchair for two days straight!

Wow, that was a real serious horrible cramping there powerknit. I have never seen a person placed on a wheel chair for that long because of cramps. How did it happen?
