Hear music in your head via vibration

They used to have little lollipops that if you sucked on it you heard music play in your head. So I'm wondering if they have headphones that do the same thing. I know there are vibration speakers that can make any surface a speaker. So does anyone know: If there are headphones that employ the same technology? If vibration speakers are any good?
