my face does not look only as it usually is

every day my face would be oily. so i would need to wash my face with soap daily. but since today it looks normal, does not look dry nor only. so i think i can avoid washing my face with soap i will just wash it with plain water. as it is the advice i have read online most of the time online. so i hope that my skin would be easily managed daily.

That is good that it is not as oily but be aware of you are washing it one way and it was working, that is probably what you want to stick with. It is like when you take medication for something and then you feel better. You need to keep taking it until it is all gone so that it can be taken care of completely. Obviously, go back to washing with soap if you start to see oils appear again.
