how to drive on the parkway? which rule should we obey? what's the rule difference between driving on driveway and driving on parkway?

By parkway, I assume you mean highway or freeway. Rules that should be obeyed are obviously road signs for merging, speed, and caution for men working ahead. Obviously things move a lot faster on the 'parkway' than the streets so you need to be even more observant of other drivers.
