Caffeine is an alkaloid. It can be extracted from tea, Caffeine berry, Guaranine berry, Guaranine blades, and so on. Caffeine is central nervous system stimulants, which can remove fatigue, recover your spirit, excite your nerve, cure neurasthenia, recover from Coma. But overdose and long-term drinking will hurt you. Once you stop drinking, you will feel mental fatigued, weary, which is caused by Caffeine dependence. Overdose of Caffeine can induce four mental disorders, such as Caffeine over-excitement, Caffeine anxiety, Caffeine sleep disorder, and Caffeine related disorders. So if you love life, you can drink Caffee, but no overdose of Caffee.

Drinking coffee has its benefits, that's true, and so long as you keep it to the right amount each day, you should be safe from any harm it comes with. I've gathered that consuming up to 300 mg of caffeine per day is safe. That would mean up to 3 cups (not mugs or big paper cups) of coffee.
