Any Genuine mini task websites for employers?

I would like to create some mini tasks to get referrals, can anybody tell me any genuine n good website for employers? I know mylot is genuine but currently i have some transaction issue with paypal ,so i cont pay task fee to mylot. I already got a bad experience with Microworkers, So Kindly tell me any best website to creat sign up tasks

if you want to create task, you can go to emoneyspace. there is a title named as referral deal, so you can deal with your referral there =)
