Blanched. My noodles wasn't supposed to stay in a cup of hot water for 15 minutes until I have receive a chat message that I need to attain to. Instant noodles are getting popular these days as everything that we do; it needs to be "instant" or snappy. At this point this is not a istant noodles; it was suppose to be quick cooking noodles. The one which you purchase in groceries and stores and needs to be cooked is the one that I am talking about. As it soaks in hot water for 15 minutes; it cooked itself and as I get on the noodle for me to cook it in the microwave; it turns out to be cooked by itself. I tried eating it and it wasn't so bad afterall. Who amoung you have experience cooking noodles in hot water only (without boiling them for long), like soaking them in hot water for minutes and it's done? Share me your noodle experience today!
