If you drink 6 or more cups of coffee a day and have BRCA1 gene, scientists have found out that the pyhtoestrogens - plant estrogens bind to your estrogen-receptors. Estrogen in the body is thought to decrease and stabilise, reducing chance of estrogen-fuelled breast cancer by up to 69%. If you don't fancy a cup o' joe then try soy which is also rich in phytoestrogens.
This has to be the best reason for a cuppa? What do you think?
