Blogging To Get More Money / myLot

A lot of my friends said to me that we could get more money by blogging. Yes, creating a blog is easy but to get traffics to the blog is not as easy as that. Some people suggest learning SEO or have a lot of visits to any forum and leave comments with your link to your blog or share your contents to facebook, digg, twitter or whatever you name it. What exactly is needed in order that a blog can be viewed by more than 500 unique visitors? SEO technique? How? Your take my dear mylotters.

There is no need to purposely go and learn SEO for traffic. If you are really into blogging and you have loads of content, then your traffic will automatically rise. All you need to do is update your content regularly.

Hi, Yes,it is easy to create a blog than creating a website.You need a quality post to get success in blogging.Blogging is easy if you are passionate about a topic which you have immense knowledge.The main thing to make money from blogging is traffic.You need decent traffic in order to earn huge money from your blog.Without traffic you cant make any money.I have created one blog,but I am not getting any traffic.So,I am thinking of giving up.Mylot is a good place to discuss anything along with earning money.So,happy mylotting!!

My website takes it to PR2 and get a lot of traffic without joining any forum and group. I just write quality post, updated content and share it to social networking sites. But many says that joining a group can help a lot.

How old wasyour website when it got PR 2? And how many posts did u have at that time?

I will advise you not to focus on the SEO thingy. It is better for you to stay focus on writing some decent articles and keep updating your blog from time to time. If you have some special and nice articles that nobody has, then for sure your traffic will increase over time. Those people who have viewed your blog will do the SEO for you, they will recommend your blog to their friends, etc.
