how do I know that I get cpc opps from sponsoredtweets?

Have you heard of sponsoredtweets?Recently,I joined this site and I find it a great way to earn.Well,sponsoredtweets provide two opps.One is cpt while the other is called cpc.When I get a opp from cpt opp,I will be notified by email.However,I do not get any message when I get a cpc opp?I want to know how ?
