I'm so nocturnal. Since morning, I felt so sleepy, so tired and exhausted , though I slept so early and had a good night sleep. Also at morning and afternoon I feel like I'm so irritated, not on the mood to do a lot of things and experiencing mood swing.
But, when it's around 9pm onward, I could think more clearly. I do things that I'm thinking to do since morning. And the things that I can't think since morning is more vivid at night.
I don't know, but I feel like it has something to do with my health. Isn't it?? Or it's normal to be active at night like nocturnal insects?
It seems like, my battery level in the morning is very low and I'm full charge at night. Cuz if I were to choose, I'd rather be awake the whole night than awake in the morning. I like the moon than the sun. lol. I have insomia so most of the time to put myself in bed so early, I will do some heavy exercise, and things that could tire me. I go to mall though I won't buy anything. Just to keep my walking and walking and my eyes open. And that is one of the reason why I keep my laptop on too though I have nothing to do or I don't find anything productive to use my lappy.
I find it funny but, do you think is it normal? Have you experienced the same thing? Speaking of experience, Id been experiencing this drama since my gradeschool, age of 10y/o. That's why I got good grades maybe, cuz I find nothing to do at night so I study.lols.
I sometimes think of migrating to other country that has different time zone. that if I'm there, then my night is their day. So meaning, I'm doing it right. lols.

Hello zaga_cleuth, just like you, I am also a nocturnal person. And it is not just a habt that was developed through time. Ever since I was a kid, my parents would complaint how I never sleep at night but would always be up during night time. When I was in grade school, I did have a hard time waking up every morning to go to school because I was up all night prior to that. So my mother would make it a point to choose a schedule for me which is not that early. Fortunately I manage to finish school despite my nocturnal ways.
I don't think there is something wrong with us nocturnal. I guess we are just wired that way. I used to think that moving to other country would somehow solve the problem, but believe me, it wouldn't, well at least for me. I have stayed with my relatives in Canada for one month and I thought that I could finally fool my body clock, but then again I found myself still wide awake at night despite being in another country. But who knows, it might work for you.

Some people just do better during the day, and others just do better at night. It is determined by their genetics, activities, energy level, and when they go to bed and wake up each morning. For example, if you wake up very early in the morning, you are more likely to be a morning person and go to bed early so that you can get enough sleep at night.
