Give an example of a time when you had to work with a difficult person to complete a task and how you handled the situation.

For me, a difficult person to work with is one that only listens to themselves and doesn't welcome others' opinions and suggestions. And, when their plans fail, they look for someonelse to blame. I really hate those type of people. I've had my share of those people in my team, and I always try my best to be patient and to still be a good teamplayer. This person, a co-manager, is insecure of her position, because I always get to be recognized for my achievements more than her, despite her longer experience in the team. So, she always picks on my flaws instead of just working hard to have good results. I just maintain a professional relationship with her, and if there are things I can no longer handle directly with her, I would escalate to our boss.

I agree with you, them type of people are hard to work with, i've experienced it myself. I hate working with them, but sometimes i guess you have to try to make it work.
