Improvised sauna to lose weight

Although summer is nearly to end here in the Philippines, weather is still very hot where temperature reached 37 degrees. Thus, the electric fan I've been using has been overheat. As of now I didn't buy a replacement of the electric fan cause I am enjoying the effect of not using one, that of losing weight. Yes, for a week now I do have an improvised sauna where no aircon, no electric fan which causes so much sweat especially at night. And I could see a good result. One more thing, I was able to save some from the electric bill. How about you? Do you use improvised method to lose weight or still opted to go to parlor or gym?

hi daisy_dion! Actually, what I mean about sauna here is sweat bathing. Thus, I have said it is improvised because I am making use of the excessive heat we have right now, instead of getting irritated of the weather that we have, I took advantage of using it to have sweat bathing which causes not only relaxation but increased weight loss. What I did is, no use of electric fan or air con inside my bedroom for two hours so that I could have improvised sauna. Luckily, it really works..now for two weeks I already loss 2kilos...and I am looking forward for increased weight loss..You may want to try it too or you could go to sauna parlor..I believe there is available sauna parlor where you could just sit, read your favorite book or listen to music and relax while having a sweat bath..

Welcome to mylot My place is warm like your place, so i never prefer sauna bath or even bath using warm water, i lost 10 kg by doing simple breathing exercises in home. I bath using normal water at room temp only.

Hi ginspearl! I do that too. Recently, I don't use electric fan not because mine was broken but it helps me to sweat a lot which helps me to lose a little weight. It quite effective and doesn't cost you much. Truly, it's more fun in the Philippines. :)
