i have not slept last night . by the morning like 7 am, i made a 2 hour sleep. so that is about it. that is about it. so later on i will just sleep normally and would not sleep more just because i have not slept last night. i don't want to sleep a lot. i think 6 to 8 hours of sleep would be more than enough for me. as more than that then i would be called lazy. as the bible says, love sleep and you would grow poor. i don't want to grow poor.

It is interesting to hear that love sleep and you would grow poor.Is that true? It is so terrible to stay up all night, You can have some hot milk or have a warm bath.

I don't think that is enough at all.. The minimum amount of sleep people need, people over 20 years old is 7 hours.. So, since you lack sleep, your body would not function normally.

Six to eight hours sleep is quite normal. Lack of sleep deprives your body to rest causing uneasiness, dizziness, etc. Much sleep deprives your body to function normally causing tiredness, fatigue and sleepiness too, lol! So, i would say, "Sleep right, feel right."

Hi hotsummer,I frequently have sleepless nights. However it is not because of insomnia.Actually there are some problems in my family and they need to be solved as early as possible. But it's not easy. There is a clash of interests and none of my family members wants to give in.These problems keep disturbing my mind and sleep remains elusive.I agree with you that 6-8 hours of sleep is enough for a normal person.I know people who sleep more than that and even after getting up they keep sitting in hangover lazily. The more you sleep, the more you go on getting lazy and lazier. You are right that love for sleep makes you poor.
