Which is better exercising at morning or at night?

Hi guys I've been working out and doing sports for about 3 years now and I've asked some of my friends this question so which do u think is better and more beneficial exercising in the morning or at night?

The morning is the most ideal. It is more difficult for those who need to get up early but exercise really only takes about 10 minutes if you do it right. Most who wait until night time or after work usually don't commit to it as usually they're warn out from the day and blow it off.

Some experts say that you need to relax 2 hours before sleeping time. Lack of sleep could lead you to mgain more weight. Increasing body heat thru exercise will make you awake. Thus doing exercise in the morning is better. It will generally start your day great. If really feels light having early exercise. That is my experience.

i've done morning and evening exercises, and i prefer the morning exercise as it really benefited me in perking up the body functions from a full night's rest. I would seem to go through the day with vigor and strength. Night exercises though helps me to sleep better, but usually waking up with some minimal pain or ache.

I think it is better to exercise in the morning, i have never heard of anyone exercising at night. hey frnd as all physian told that we always have to do exercise in our life to remain happy and healthy.as well as they also prefer that we have to do exercire at morning becoz that is a time when we are feel lazyness and when wedoing exercise at morning that provide us extra energy that remain with us for whole day.so as my openion we hate to doing exercise at early morning instead at evening.so good luck....

I am not really sure but, i would think the morning because, it will start off your metabolism.
