tightened motorcycle credit : ease or trouble for jakarta community ?

jakarta community very mobile, some one working in tanjung priok but his home in cengkareng, usually used motor cycle, some day his motorcycle crash and eant to buy new one but cash have not money, credit very tightened condition, he must use motorcycle for working for cost evectife, what your opinion abouth tightened motorcycle credit ?

i think the government must tightened the motorcycle credit and improve the quality of public transportation, so many people prefer to use the public transportation than using their personal vehicle
