about china system- public ownship

today china,govermment officials are very corruption.so as demolitions many people against govermment,ever want to leave china.
why? i think the main problem is china system public ownship,for example,our homestead are state owned.the govermment need your live land,it will unconditiong collection.civilian like slave,officials like slaveowner-legitimate rogue.
china system is public ownship,but Right is personal.

Your government or country is now under fire in the international community because of many violations. For one, it wants to own an island that belongs to the Philippines. Hearing those things from someone who comes from that country is the best evidence that China should start shaping up.
