what the meaning of a blink of an eye?

At the time of the first day I entered school, it was fairly mediocre for me but after I met the woman who arguably one angel from heaven, I felt something unusual, especially when she blinked his eyes right on me. I think today is not the day of the mediocre and today a great day. however, I do not understand what the meaning of a blink of an eye? can anybody explain it to me?

It's true that a woman's eyes flicker to a man is a bad woman, if she was sure the woman you love to give attention not just a blink of the eye only.

ha ha ha what an unusual topic of discussion you have chosen.well as far i know blinking the eye is related to something "naughty".
the girl who blinked at you means was indicating something "naughty" towards you.may be she too like you and want you to talk to her .
eye blinking generally indicate that you are indicating something "naughty" to the other person and want that person to do or say something. Well this much i know, nothing more than that.

Are you born of yesterday? I guess she had something on her eye, so she managed to blink. Or, our eyes are normally blinking. We are not created as moon-face. I was kidding up, she might like you. She's sending a signal to you. Would you agree?
