Mom can't see GREEN

Hello Lotters,
I thought my mom was kidding or she didn't know how to put herself back online. but that's the problem, she is online but she can't see the GREEN CIRCLE near the person's name. She requested for me to do something that i know how, though i think there's a problem with the space of her friend's being online.
No matter 
how i try to show it the green circle doesn't come out. maybe mom did something but i don't know how to fix it.
Any one who had the same problem as she's having? i know it had something to do with the friendslist
chat spacing, but i can't widen it.

I think jaiho had same problem before because her account is not yet in time line mode maybe that's why or it can be connection error to...
Try to log out log in the account maybe the green circle will appear

Hello Bhaby, I miss you and how are you? so, it's just an error, huh? I have actually done that onces and twice. besides, hers is already time line but still doesn't work, at least i could tell my mom about this. she has trouble figuring out who is online or not unless some one chats with her

Maybe, just maybe there is an error into it.
Usually, when someone get online, their friends will see a notification of a green dot on their private chat feature if they got online from PC.
Except we set this feature to off, so they won't see us get online.

Hello DevilLova, I don't think she was in too much privacy in her account. this is something that even I couldn't even control my own life. right now, it's fine now and i have always told mom that it's the sites fault

It happened to me sometimes, I have a suspected reason for having that, most of my friends uses their Ipad or mobile when using the chat in FB and even there are online you can't see the green. It is also an error from the system maybe because some are using other device.

Hello Jazel, just like what Devilova said, but it's on the friendlist green online status. it may have been an error from facebook that led to this. but right now is fix and she can use the facebook with out any kind of problems

Right bottom in the sidebar when you get online through PC.Notifications about who is online from your friendlist.
When its green, mean that they are online.If they use PC, you could chat pv with them.

I never had this problem, if one is online it comes automatically, well have you contacted the administration, hope this may help.
