Mom can't see GREEN

Hello Lotters, I thought my mom was kidding or she didn't know how to put herself back online. but that's the problem, she is online but she can't see the GREEN CIRCLE near the person's name. She requested for me to do something that i know how, though i think there's a problem with the space of her friend's being online. No matter how i try to show it the green circle doesn't come out. maybe mom did something but i don't know how to fix it. Any one who had the same problem as she's having? i know it had something to do with the friendslist chat spacing, but i can't widen it. Thank you in advance. Have a nice day.
