i think i need to go for sport =)

wow, recently i am facing some problems, and i think i need to have something else to just move my thinking =) maybe i have to go for sport. already so long time i never go for swim, just thinking is it want to go for swim tomorrow? swimming can let me release stress and tension, and after swimming really can make me feel better =)

Well, I too am of the opinion that sport, if done deliberately, it is good for health. My father always advised me to make sports. He also has its own form the character. I must say that I've always been stubborn, I never wanted to exercise, preferring a life rather peremptory. Swimming, what you mention in your discussion, it is doubtful without the best sport. In fact I see the answer you've given your own.

Ok, so if you think you can get away with swimming, then you can try to conduct such activities, but do not force yourself! I'll tell you for your health! We never exaggerate, or better, we must never go beyond our limits.

yes, there is so many kind of sport, but i prefer swimming. actually i am very weak in sport, i should say that maybe is my respiratory system not really good i think, cause when i have hard sport, i will feel that i cant breathe well, and will started to feel dizzy, but swimming will never cause this problem to me. that's why i will choose swimming as my sport

I also love swimming thou I get easily lose breath. It's a good exercise actually, I usually go for swim every day off with some friends. This kind of sport is very tiring yet enjoyable. You are right, somehow it releases my stress and even have a good sleep at night.

yes, after swimming, i will eat much and much, haha.. normally i will feel hungry after swimming, so i enjoy the moment after swimming, and i can fulfill my stomach with a lot of food =) swimming can train our breathe too, it is really a good exercise =)

You can also practice singing while swimming LOL. Yes I also feel hunger every after swimming, why I forgot to mention that? May I ask what stroke you think you're good at?

Sports are very god for releasing tension and forgetting problems for a moment...especially swimming since it really exercises your entire body and you'd just focus on your swimming.

aside from keeping you busy, sports really helps one to lose weight and stay healthy. i'd like to follow your line of thinking and go for sports myself

yes, i am planning to go home tomorrow, so i can go to swim =) it is good to swim alone, no one will disturb us, and just let us concentrate in swimming. most of the people would like to swim in a group, but for me, i prefer to swim alone =) when i was swimming, i don't like others to disturb me, especially have to look after other people.

I love playing sport I play football 3 times a week but swimming is one of the best forms off fitness you can do because you are working all of the major muscle groups at the same time

Hi, I love swimming is a good sport and helps us to become fit. Before I go to swim I eat banana to prevent muscle spasm.
