i can sleep..what can i do??

what is happening,my body so tired but my eye can;t close. any suggestion all of my freinds here??

You should drink a hot glass of milk, it helps. That's what I usually do when I have sleeping problems before, but now I can't drink milk anymore because of some health concerns and all.

Sometimes it happened to me, especially when I am worried and stressed. My suggestion is this pray and relax, drinking war milk is a good idea, after that think something or anything that makes you happy. Then close your eyes and imagine what you want to be in the future and let your thoughts run until you fell to sleep. It works to me and to my niece, hope will works to you too. Good night

if this gets to be a problem, you need to go see a doctor. in the mean time, you need to find a way to shut your mind off at night when you go to bed.

I have the same problem and for a long time now. I was diagnosed with a thyroid problem and perhaps if you were given some blood tests and such something might turn up too. Otherwise, try not to eat or drink anything two hours before bed or excersize within those 2 hours. Read a boring dull book or take a warm bath. Three hours before bed, eat a banana or drink some warm milk with something sweet, sometimes that helps. I have heard foods like lettuce, eggs and turkey can make one fall asleep faster as well.
