I hate when this condition comes to me. yeah stress lots of people called it. So, how could I be solved this damn thing in order to be my self normal again?

Sometimes stress is unavoidable. Life happens, but what we can do is develop good coping mechanism. Some people meditate, pray, do yoga, run, or journal. Without knowing more about the particulars I don't think I have any other advice.
