What good is paypal for Indians?

For a brief period Indians were allowed to retain their earnings in their paypal account and I had visions of using that money for importing items from abroad. But this has now been withdrawn and auto transfer, transfers money to our Indian bank account within a week.And yet paypal keeps sending discount offers . Where to get the money from? Even if one wants to post tasks in myLot we cannot as there is no money in our paypal account. Any thoughts on this?

I agree..
Politicians can spend on going on vacation or medical treatment, but honest worker has no right to keep his or her monies outside the country.
