Should I put his id into Ignore List ????

I just know one guy 3-4 days ago and we just do chat through Yahoo Messenger. In the beginning, it seems ok because we just talk about general things such as a hometown, culture, religion... However, 1-2 day recently, he often asked me sensitive questions related to my body, etc. I told him that don't be curious about my body or ask me sensitive problems more, I won't answer these type of questions. He said, sorry, he won't ask. But whenever i am online, he did ask again. I really hate it. I don't want to be rude to him but his questions are annoying me... Should I put his id into Ignore List?
